1 Working mode

the whole blanket cleaning device can realize full automation. The operator can flexibly set up the cleaning program according to needs. In pecom control center, each cleaning beam can be selected to work separately, or it can be expressed by tensile strength (n) or tensile strength (MPA) to be collectively selected for collective cleaning. The working mode of the rubber automatic cleaning device is that the cleaning roller rotates to clean the rubber blanket through the clutch of the air cylinder and the rubber drum and the drive of the motor in the cleaning beam

2. Working process

for any started cleaning procedure, the most basic requirement is that the speed of the printing machine should be at least 300 rpm

several cleaning methods

pecom system is equipped with three cleaning methods: intermediate type, deceleration type and final type. The operator can either automatically select the unit to be cleaned according to the definition of the system, or make an artificial selection. According to the different cleaning methods, the cleaning will be carried out on the console or each printing unit. After starting, the whole cleaning process will be carried out automatically according to formula (6)

the automatic cleaning device is also equipped with a water and solvent supply system and a waste liquid recovery system. During the cleaning process, if the liquid level in the solvent tank supplying detergent is lower than the minimum value or the liquid level in the waste liquid tank is higher than the maximum value, information will be fed back to the console, and the cleaning will stop at any time until the above problems are solved

1. Intermediate cleaning

intermediate cleaning is suitable for printing machines with speeds ranging from 10000 to 20000 rpm. If the speed is lower than 10000 rpm, this cleaning method will not be started. If the speed exceeds 20000 rpm, the cleaning mode can also be started, but after the program is started, the printing machine speed will automatically drop to 20000 rpm, and then it will be cleaned. After cleaning, it will automatically return to the normal printing speed to continue production

2. Run down cleaning

run down cleaning is a cleaning method that starts automatically in the speed reduction phase. If the speed down cleaning mode is selected, the printer will immediately start the cleaning procedure after pressing the speed down stop button, and the cleaning will begin when the printing machine speed drops to 4000 rpm

3. Final washing

final washing the vast majority of plastic processing enterprises are based on domestic manufacturing equipment. It is a kind of cleaning suitable for independent printing units or a combination of printing units not connected with newspaper folding machines. It is suitable for use before changing ink or printing products. However, this method can be started only after the cleaning beam is selected on the console and the automatic cleaning function is selected on the operation panel of each printing unit

2. Effect

different cleaning methods are aimed at the rubber drum with different cleaning requirements, which determines the consumption of water and solvent in different degrees, and naturally has different cleaning effects. Among them, the final type and the reduced speed type can also set different cleaning degrees on the console according to different requirements, which can be selected from "slight", "standard" and "heavy" respectively. 3. Operation

intermediate and slow down cleaning methods can directly select objects on the console and start it, and the whole machine can be cleaned without breaking paper. The final cleaning method must select the object on the console, and the printing unit must be separated from the newspaper folding machine, remove the paper in the printing unit, and start directly on the operation panel of each printing unit. In addition, in order to make the production more compact, the reduced speed cleaning mode is also specially equipped with an automatic start function.
